Big Ambitions Headquarters

Headquarters is the management layer for a growing company. Build one when HR, purchasing, logistics or neighborhood-wide pricing work already exists; an HQ is overhead, not a direct-sales business.

Headquarters Roles

Official material confirms a set of management roles, but exact salary, workstation and management-limit values still require a current interface check.

HR ManagerCentral employee administration and insurance visibilityThe employee list is difficult to manage manually

Logistics ManagerDistributes warehouse stock to destinationsSeveral stores need repeated deliveries
Pricing ManagerUpdates prices across a neighborhood and can suggest prices based on skillMany products or locations make manual repricing costly

When to Build an HQ

The correct trigger is repeated management work, not a particular bank balance.

  • Several businesses share employees or stock
  • Purchasing orders repeat
  • Warehouse delivery routes already make sense
  • Manual price updates cover many products or locations
  • The existing businesses can pay HQ rent, furniture and wages

Office Setup

Official store material says management employees need office desks and computers. Use the current BizMan requirement panel to determine the exact workstation and count before hiring.

  • Lease a suitable office
  • Create accessible workstations
  • Provide desk and computer requirements shown in-game
  • Hire the manager
  • Assign the manager to the intended task or business group
  • Confirm the assignment in BizMan

Pricing Manager in 1.0

The official 1.0 preview states that a Pricing Manager can update all item prices in an entire neighborhood at once. Higher-skilled employees can also suggest prices each day.

  • Neighborhood-wide price updates
  • Daily price suggestions tied to skill

Do Not Build It Too Early

One small store rarely creates enough administrative work to justify a headquarters. Manual scheduling, buying and delivery remain cheaper while the network is small and close together.

  • No recurring manager task
  • Only one easy-to-stock location
  • Cash reserve would be depleted
  • Store operations are still unstable

HQ Troubleshooting

If a manager appears ineffective, verify the whole assignment chain before replacing the employee.

  • Correct HQ and workstation
  • Employee assigned to the role
  • Target businesses or neighborhood selected
  • Source warehouse or supplier configured
  • Schedule and employee demands satisfied
  • Enough cash and storage for the requested action
